Housekeeping
Please note that if you purchased a property that is under construction, it is normal practice that the builders will not clean the property. The cleaning is usually left to the new owners themselves. We can arrange for the entire cleaning of your property by our fully qualified and trained housekeeping staff. In addition we also offer a pre-clean service at the beginning of the holiday season ready for your arrival, cleaning in-between guests and at the end of the season prior to close down of your holiday rental property.
Floral Services
If you would like flowers or plants delivered and set out in your property for your arrival then, please do not hesitate to contact us and give us your exact requirements. Alternatively if you are away and would like to order one whilst on holiday, we can also arrange this for you.
Foodstuffs
If you want some basic shopping such as bread, milk, fruit etc in the refrigerator for your arrival then we can arrange this also. Furniture If you require assistance in furnishing your property then we would be delighted to help you. Gardening and Design Services.

We offer various gardening services from a one off first cut of the season to regular lawnmowing. Large gardens are not a problem as we have mowers for the larger areas when required. The regular weeding and maintenance of your flowers can be essential to keeping your garden looking the way you want it to. We can offer land clearance and hedge cutting, cutting fallen branches into usable size pieces for your fires. We can have your garden ready for your arrival, giving you the chance to sit straight out in the sunshine!! Pool Cleaning
Pool maintenance can be arranged for you by our professional and qualified staff. We ensure to keep your swimming pool in a good running order by checking on the installation (pump, filter, heating, etc) for good functioning and on the quality of the water on a regular basis. We add the necessary cleaning products and clean the pool and filtration system. Furthermore we can take care of the starting up and closing down of the installation at the beginning and the end of the season.
Property Inspections / Security Checks
If you are looking for someone to keep a regular eye on your property while your away then on each site visit we can verify the integrity of your property inside and out which includes: Checking doors, windows and shutters & alarms Making sure outbuildings, sheds etc are all secure and damage free. Emptying mail boxes and forwarding on or dealing with post. Checking both gutters and down pipes for any damage or blockages. Interior: Checking for leaks or anything untoward.
